Our Commitment

RentVault is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios throughout the interface
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
  • ARIA labels and roles where appropriate
  • Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
  • Clear, readable typography with appropriate font sizes
  • Focus indicators for keyboard users
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • Dark and light mode options to accommodate visual preferences

Known Limitations

While we strive to ensure accessibility across all areas of our platform, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and address these areas, including:

  • Some dynamically generated document previews may have limited screen reader support
  • Certain chart and graph visualisations may not convey all data to non-visual users
  • Map-based property thumbnails rely on visual representation
